V Before U
The mission was to create a record which they felt was missing in their own record-collection. That’s exactly what they’ve done. This album makes you want to turn up your stereo, longing to deep dive into the good old heavy rock ’n’ roll tradition. You can very well interpret this production as an attempt to create a new musical awakening for the genre.
V Before U has got an ambition to redevelop heavy rock from the 70’. To the inexperienced listeners, this album will step up as a reference-album and a musical revitalisation. “Music is pieces of art; the most important fragments in the consumer package. In this perspective, we are deeply religious”.
V Before U has created its own lyrical universe –
Velo City – in which they give the listener a description of different characters in a society before, under and after an electrical tsunami.
The band has got an urge to involve the listener in and through their different characters. A long term goal is to create a virtual universe where the characters develop their own life in interaction between different fans. The development of Velo City will happen in a close relationship with the fans, sponsors and our creditors. By creating an artistic corporation between the many different forms of art, the ambition is to open new doors to the public, giving them a chance to see V Before U’s music as well as other artist’s art, in a new perspective.
