With a lineup that includes quantities such as Motörhead, Megadeth and Europe will Getaway Rock Festival take seriously its duty, to be a serious alternative to the already established festivals focusing on hard rock/heavy metal. Our goal is to offer some of the world's best rock bands in the festival format, but on a whole new way. The Festival offers 3 stages and over 60 bands 8-10 July 2010.

Bands from Norway have the chance to compete. You will then be selected by Getaway Rock Festival to proceed to the voting round. The band with most votes til deadline will win and be given a trip to Sweden and Gävle to play on the festival.
Registration deadline: May 14th at 6 PM
Voting start: May 17th at 4 PM
Voting deadline: June 20th at 8 PM
